    Resolved

The issue affecting 2FA verification code delivery has now been resolved.

As part of the mitigation, 2FA was temporarily disabled to allow users to log in while we worked on a fix. 2FA has now been re-enabled, and verification codes will once again be required during login.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.

Email Sender Creation and Sending Address Issue
  • Resolved
    UTC
    Resolved

We have now resolved the issue affecting email sender functionality.

Verified sender addresses are once again being saved correctly, and outbound communications, including automations and newsletters, are now being sent from the correct verified sender address as expected.

    UTC
    Identified

We have identified an issue affecting email sender functionality.

Users may see a confirmation message indicating that a new email sender has been successfully created, but the sender is not actually being saved. Additionally, for accounts with an already verified email sender, outbound communications, such as automations and newsletters, are sent from noreply@pabau.com instead of the verified sender address.

Both issues are related and are being addressed under the same fix, which is currently in its final stages.
