We have identified an issue affecting some users on the iOS Pabau GO application, where diagram images within treatment note forms (e.g. facial diagrams used for drawing) do not load as expected.
This issue does not appear to impact all users or all forms and is limited to treatment notes that include diagram images. Other areas of the application continue to function normally.
Our team is actively working on the cause and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
